I will inform you if the transcript has more than 10
percent **page growth for you to decide if you wish
to pay my page growth rates for the remaining
pages or if you wish to have the job returned to you
with payment for invoice of the scoped portion at
your choice.
**Page Growth Rates
Regular TAT (5-7 days) $2.50 per additional page
Rush TAT (3-4 days) $3.50 per additional page
Expedited (1-2 days) TAT $4.00 per additional page

Proofreading Rates
3-4 days $0.50 per page (PDF)
1-2 days $0.70 per page (PDF)
12-24 hours $0.90 (PDF)
>12 hours $1.25 per page (PDF)

Case CAT RealTeam proofing (no audio) $1.25 per page
Transcripts requiring proofreading corrections on more than 75% of pages may incur an additional fee of $0.10 per page of the entire file. The CR will be notified as soon as this becomes apparent. The CR will have the option to agree to the additional fee and the file will be completed, or the file can be returned without completing it and will be invoiced only for the pages completed. (The less clean your transcript is when I get it, the less clean your transcript will be even after I have proofread it.)
Large Jobs: When possible, send jobs over 200 pages in chunks, approximately 50 pages at a time.

All rates assume the standard page is 25 lines of double-spaced text. For 28-line pages, please add $0.05 per page.

Communication
• Please contact me prior to sending any transcript to confirm I have enough time in my schedule to complete your transcript(s), especially for quick turnarounds.
• For scoping jobs, I can be reached at lesliescopes@yahoo.com
• For proofreading jobs, I can be reached at leslie@discoveryproofreading.com.
• Please send me Case CAT files via email, SendThisFile, OneDrive, or Dropbox along with when you need the transcript back from me (date, time, time zone). I will confirm receipt once I have received it and put it into my queue. I will return the file through email.
• Please let me know ASAP if deadlines change or if there's a hiccup somewhere such as you plan on sending me 100 pages on a certain day and time, but then life happens and you're unable to do what you originally said. This helps me to plan my time and work effectively.
Scoping Specifics
• For Case CAT scoping, I scope to full audio and use hidden comments.
• While I pride myself on high-quality work, all transcripts should be proofread after being scoped to ensure the highest quality transcript possible.
Hours of Operation
9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST Mon. - Sat.
• If a job is received after 6:00 p.m., receipt of job and turnaround time begins the next day/next day of business.
• Any files received after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday will count as received at 9:00 a.m. Monday. This will also begin the turnaround time.
Billing
• You will be billed upon completion of the transcript with payment due upon receipt unless other arrangements are made.
• Payment requests will be sent through PayPal.
• Payments received through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, direct deposit, or check.
